I lived on the Central Coast for almost 25 years before recently deciding to return home to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, to help care for my elderly family members.

I still have deep roots on the Central Coast and continue to offer virtual therapy across California and Florida.

I started my private practice in 2005 with the goal of providing more individualized and specialized care. Most of my clients find me through their insurance providers, which makes therapy more affordable and allows them to choose the duration of their treatment.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and adjustment to stress. I also work with couples, families, teenagers, and adults.
